One factor that can lower the rate of Recidivism is having job opportunities available where an inmate is released.  To become a fair chance employer, it is critical to understand the process that a justice-impacted job seeker goes through.  This month you will hear the story of a locally hired Justice Impacted individual, a representative from the Ohio Department of Corrections, and a representative from Envoy. Envoy is an organization that assists companies through the process of becoming fair chance hiring employers.
