Between now and 2030 there will be over 4 million manufacturing positions to be filled. Currently, there are over 2000 open positions in Northwest Ohio. Our middle school students have the potential to fill these jobs in a few years. With this even, we are hoping to pull back the curtain to allow the middle school aged generation to explore careers in manufacturing and all of the opportunities that are available to them in their own back yard.
Join us for the day and participate in a list of hands on activities, have conversations with local manufacturers, and enjoy lunch on us!
