It can be hard to keep up with the latest policy changes involving drug legality at the state and federal level these days. The waters can get particularly muddy if you are an employer who's facility sits close to a state's boarder where policy differs on the other side. In this workshop, we will discuss best practices involved with pre-employment drug screens and your company's policy that accompanies those practices as they relate to the current environment today. We will also discuss how to stay competitive when it comes to recruiting individuals who may (legally) use substances, outside of the workplace, that according to your policy may disqualify them from employment at your facility.
