Spring is here and we are all attending the never ending circuit of job fair events in our local markets in an effort to recruit all of those high school graduates that will be joining the workforce at the end of the school year. But is this the best way to recruit this population? Are there alternative methods that have proven to succeed with this generation? Are the jobs that we can offer what generation Z is even looking for?

These questions and more will all be discussed at this month's Proven Workforce Solutions Workshop.
